should be more healthy.(tea may also can be taken)
AFTERNOON LUNCH:
b) Ok now it comes to your afternoon lunch so you should be a bit more careful about it because it is
the main point where we do mistake of taking extra calories.
Any type of natural or packed juice + boiled pulses, gram seeds, beans with vegetable salad. or
Two slices of bread with soup or gravy... In simple it should be a light food intake with 2 glasses
of water.
Remember taking rest and relaxing is also your schedule's part so do take rest after your afternoon meal .
EVENING:
c) Evening so its time to take on your track suit and with a bottle of water go out for a walk or jogging
or to play any physical involvement games like soccer,cricket etc.
Here you burn your extra fats despite of controlling it through your diet so it is important too.
